1.Located in the beginning of SMT line,send out the PCBs from magazine one by one after received the signal from downstream.

2.Input rail load 2 magazines, output rail load 1 magazine, lift load 1 magazine. 

3.Because loader hasn't rail. Please adjust the position of pusher cylinder and out-board block manually when change the board in different width. Can store at least 100 pcs different width information in touch screen.

  Machines communicate with each other. Synchrous width adjustment with other same brand machines in the same line with this function. Ethernet communication, machines in the line will contact with others by switches.
