1.0m 2-section Conveyor with cooling fans and audio alarm

Model: BF-100M-E2FP

1. To be used in SMT line as linking, buffering and cooling function. 2-section belts, with 3 sensors and 2 transport motors.

2. Under manual mode, can stay one pcb on both middle and exit. After operator checked and press reset button, the pcb will goes to the next station.

3. Under auto mode, pcbs will go to exit and go to next machine after received signal.

4. A set of 250mm height metal cover with gas spring holding over the conveyor, with 8 pcs of 120*120*38mm cooling fans on top. 

5. With the conveyor get full, but the pcb from upstream machine still try to send new board in, conveyor will audio alarms.
