Mr. Wallace Pai will help Imagination to further deepen its Chinese market strategy, so as to more fully grasp a wide range of market 
opportunities. He has rich skills and experience in strategy, sales and business cooperation, which will promote the continuous growth 
of Imagination’s business,and at the same time help Imagination to better integrate into China’s market ecology and further strengthen its 
relationship with the Chinese semiconductor industry Cooperation.Mr. Wallace Pai is an executive with extensive experience and influence
in the global semiconductor field. His previous positions include: Senior Vice President of advanced Process Business of SMIC,which is the 
largest and most technologically advanced in mainland China Semiconductor manufacturer; vice president and general manager of the

Asia-Pacific region of GlobalFoundries, which is the world's leading professional foundry company; and vice president and general manager 

of the smart display department of Synaptics.

   In addition, he has held senior management positions at Samsung, Google/Motorola Mobility, and held management positions at Qualcomm, 

Cadence, and McKinsey. He started his career at Intel and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard University. 

Mr. Wallace Pai will report directly to the company's CEO Simon Beresford-Wylie.

   Chinese officials have proposed that the chip self-sufficiency rate will reach 70% by 2025; at the same time, it will vigorously support the 

development of related industries. Under this opportunity, the domestic chip industry has ushered in a major explosion in recent years, 

and domestic companies have entered the chip industry to promote the research and development process of domestic chips.

    According to the company's data, from January to June 2021, my country's chip-related companies surged by 171.8% to 18,800. Up to now, 

the total number of chip-related companies in China has reached 72,000.

   In addition to the "joining" of enterprises, major universities are also intensively supplying talents for the development of the chip industry. 

According to media reports, Huazhong University of Science and Technology announced the formal establishment of Future Technology College and Integrated Circuit College. 

The dean of the college stated that he will focus on the latest reform requirements and is committed to cultivating innovative talents in the field of science and technology for the country.
    In October last year, China's first chip university was officially announced and settled in Nanjing. According to reports, the university 

will connect with Huawei HiSilicon, SMIC and other companies to provide technical and resource support for the school.Statistics show 

that from 2016 to 2020, 70% of students graduating from Tsinghua University will choose to go to the integrated circuit industry and scientific research. 

  It can be expected that with the help of integrated circuit talents in domestic universities, the development of the domestic semiconductor industry has an important basic guarantee.
