1. To connect with manual insertion conveyor and wave soldering machine.

2. Between rosin spraying machine and wave soldering machine. With signal on the beginning and the end.

3.  Inlet conveyor sends a pcb-request signal to upstream machine when the rails are under parallel status. When the new coming pcb trigger the output sensor, lift motor running, output rail rise to the set place, pcb goes to wave soldering machine.

4. ★0~8 degree auto angle adjustment before into wave soldering machine. Angle adjusted by stepper motor with ball screw rod.

5. ★Leave a space (W)880*(H)270mm on the bottom of machine for returning pallets.

6.  5mm width pin stainless steel chain for transferring.

7. ★The max PCB weight 15kgs.

8.  Conveyor transport speed: 4~10 meter/minute

9. ★With two small waste boxes under the conveyor.
